NON IT Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
2. Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
6. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
8. Achieve monthly hiring targets and deadlines.

Requirements

1. Experience in Non-IT recruitment/staffing.
2. Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
3. Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
6. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
