💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (BCHHC salary may vary)

🔹 Job Description

We are looking for experienced Medical Coders / Senior Medical Coders specializing in HCC coding to join our team at Infinx. Candidates should have relevant HCC coding experience, the required certification, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform accurate HCC medical coding and review medical records.
2. Identify and assign appropriate diagnosis codes based on clinical documentation.
3. Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.
4. Review patient documentation to support accurate HCC coding.
5. Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards.
6. Participate in HHC specialty training as required.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

1. Minimum 1.6 years of HCC coding experience.
2. Valid certification: CPC / CCS / AHIMA / HCC.
3. Candidates must be Mumbai locals or have previously worked in Mumbai for at least 1.6 years.
4. Candidates from across Maharashtra can apply if they meet the location criteria.
5. Willingness to commit to 2 years of service after certification is mandatory.
