📌 Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SME – Benefits Configuration professional with strong hands-on expertise in Facets and healthcare benefits configuration. The ideal candidate should have experience in configuring and maintaining healthcare benefit plans, including Small Group and Large Group plans, with a strong understanding of healthcare payer operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Configure, maintain, and update healthcare benefits within the Facets platform.
2. Build and configure Small Group and Large Group benefit plans based on business requirements.
3. Perform end-to-end benefit configuration, including setup, validation, and maintenance.
4. Review benefit specifications and ensure accurate implementation in the system.
5. Validate configured benefits to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
6. Identify configuration issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
7. Support benefit updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of configuration activities and updates.
9. Collaborate with healthcare payer operations and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth benefit implementation.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare benefits configuration.
2. Strong hands-on experience with Facets.
3. Expertise in Benefits Configuration and Benefits Maintenance.
4. Experience building and configuring Small Group and Large Group plans.
5. Knowledge of end-to-end benefits setup and validation.
6. Understanding of healthcare payer operations.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

1. Candidates with extensive experience in group benefit builds will be preferred.
2. Strong understanding of healthcare benefit structures and configuration processes.
3. Ability to work independently and support configuration-related queries.
