📋 Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain provider demographic and related data in the PDM process.
2. Handle provider credentialing and re-credentialing activities.
3. Update, validate, and maintain provider information using the Facets platform.
4. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with established process guidelines.
5. Meet daily productivity targets and quality standards in a fast-paced operational environment.
6. Identify and resolve provider data discrepancies and errors.

📌 Mandatory Requirements

1. 2–7 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare PDM / Claims operations.
2. Hands-on experience with the Facets platform.
3. Immediate joiners only.
4. Candidates from across India can apply; work location is Chennai.
5. Graduation is mandatory (10+2+3 format).
6. Candidates must have complete educational documents, government-issued IDs, and previous employment documents.
