Job Overview

We are hiring for Non-Voice roles for upcoming batches in Pune. Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable with backend operations, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Open Positions

1. Process Executive (PE) – 33 openings (CTC: ₹2.59 LPA)
2. Senior Process Executive (SPE) – 53 openings (CTC: up to ₹5 LPA)
3. Subject Matter Expert (SME) – 37 openings (CTC: up to ₹7 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle backend / non-voice operations efficiently
2. Ensure accuracy and quality in process execution
3. Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
4. Meet daily productivity and quality targets
5. Resolve queries within defined timelines

Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduate
2. Relevant experience preferred for SPE & SME roles
3. Good written communication skills
4. Basic computer knowledge
5. Immediate joiners preferred
