We are looking for experienced professionals in Pharmacovigilance and Medical Device Complaint Management for a leading organization.

* Location: Mumbai

* Work Mode: Work from Office

* Shift: Night Shift (US Shift

* Experience: 1 to 5 Years

* Level: SPE-5.5Lpa / SME-9Lpa

*Candidates with Pharmacovigilance experience can also be considered if Medical Device Complaint Management experience is limited.*

* Essential Skills*

* Strong organizational and team coordination skills

* Good verbal & written communication

* Analytical mindset with operational excellence approach

* Process-driven with strong attention to detail

* Team player with stakeholder management skills

* Knowledge of Clinical Research & Pharmacovigilance process

*Key Responsibilities*

* Review complaint cases for accuracy, consistency & compliance

* Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions & policies

* Track and communicate compliance metrics

* Handle case data review for special scenarios

* Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for issue resolution

* Escalate critical issues/problems to management

* Provide training and support to team members

* Support commercial systems aligned with strategic initiatives

*Preferred Candidate Profile*

* Experience in Pharmacovigilance / Medical Device Complaint Management

* Strong quality & compliance understanding

* Comfortable working in US Night Shift

* Ability to work in fast-paced environments
