We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst – Team Lead for a leading client in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong Capital Markets domain knowledge, hands-on experience in Settlements & Reconciliation, and expertise in Broadridge tools.

📍 Location: Pune

💼 Experience: 5+ Years

👔 Designation: Team Lead (TL)

🌙 Shift: UK Shift

💰 Maximum CTC: ₹15 LPA

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (as per client requirement)

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements related to Capital Markets operations.
2. Manage and support Settlements & Reconciliation processes.
3. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
4. Work closely with operations, technology, and business teams to resolve issues.
5. Perform requirement analysis, impact assessment, and gap analysis.
6. Support system enhancements, UAT, and process improvement initiatives.
7. Investigate settlement breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational issues.
8. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of exceptions.
9. Lead a team, monitor deliverables, and ensure process quality and SLA adherence.
10. Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and business requirement documents.

Mandatory Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Capital Markets Operations.
2. Strong experience in Capital Markets.
3. Hands-on experience in Settlements & Reconciliation.
4. Experience working with Broadridge tools/platforms.
5. Team Lead experience with stakeholder and team coordination skills.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a UK shift.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Capital Markets experience is mandatory.

✅ Settlements & Reconciliation experience is mandatory.

✅ Broadridge tools experience is mandatory.

✅ Immediate joiners only.

✅ Candidates must be available to work in Pune.
