SME Responsibilities

1. Handle process and client escalations
2. Support and guide team members
3. Monitor team/process performance
4. Conduct process briefings and knowledge-sharing sessions
5. Assist with people management activities

Eligibility

1. Any Graduate
2. Immediate Joiners - 30 days
3. Relevant experience in US Healthcare
4. Strong hands-on experience with Facets or QNXT is mandatory
