Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting to support accurate and timely processing of insurance and patient payments.

Payment Posting - Candidate should have knowledge in Payment posting, Denial posting, ERA/EFT posting, EOB analysis knowledge of US Healthcare Domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the healthcare billing system.
2. Process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOB), as applicable.
3. Reconcile payments against claims and patient accounts.
4. Identify underpayments, denials, and payment discrepancies.
5. Handle adjustments, contractual write-offs, and payment variances according to guidelines.
6. Maintain posting accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.

Required Skills

1. Hands-on experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting.
2. Knowledge of EOB, ERA, EDI, and healthcare billing workflows.
3. Understanding of adjustments, reconciliation, and claim payment processing.
4. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Preference: Immediate joiners.
