Job Description

We are looking for candidates with experience in US Mortgage Compliance Review and strong knowledge of mortgage disclosure regulations and compliance guidelines.

Mandatory Skills

1. Experience with LE (Loan Estimate) and CD (Closing Disclosure) review.
2. Strong knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) guidelines.
3. Experience in mortgage compliance reviews and disclosure validation.
4. Familiarity with Mavent or ComplianceEase reports and their review.
5. Ability to identify compliance discrepancies and disclosure-related errors.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Hands-on experience in US mortgage operations/compliance.
2. Good understanding of mortgage regulations and disclosure requirements.
3. Ability to review compliance findings and support corrective actions.

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA, depending on skills and experience.
