3. Team Size: 80+ FTEs
4. People Management: 5+ years of on-paper management experience

🔹 2. Team Manager (TM)

1. Experience: 8–12 years in Insurance/BPO Operations
2. Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA
3. Team Size: 20–40 FTEs
4. People Management: Minimum 2 years of on-paper TM experience

🔹 3. Team Leader (TL)

1. Experience: 6–8+ years in Insurance Operations
2. Salary: Up to ₹11 LPA
3. Team Size: 12–20 FTEs
4. People Management: Minimum 1 year of on-paper TL experience

✅ Mandatory Skills

1. US Insurance Operations – Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), and/or Employee Benefits (EB)
2. Team Handling & People Management
3. SLA, KPI, Quality & Productivity Management
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
5. Escalation Handling & Process Improvement
6. Process Transition / Migration exposure preferred
