Legal Analyst

Key Hiring Requirements

1. Looking for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating and redlining commercial contracts.
2. Experience working with US and/or UK jurisdictions is preferred.
3. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking and independent decision-making abilities, beyond playbook-based contract reviews.
4. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
5. Qualified Lawyer (LLB) is a non-negotiable requirement.
6. Full-time graduation is mandatory; distance/correspondence education will not be considered.
7. Insurance background is preferred but not mandatory.

Role Details

1. Designation: Analyst / Senior Analyst
2. Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
3. Location: Mumbai preferred
4. Hybrid model: 5 consecutive office days per month, remaining period WFH (initial 5-6 months would be training period)
