HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Industry Preference: Real Estate Background Mandatory

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment and HR operations for a fast-growing organization in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition along with hands-on exposure to core HR operations.

This role requires regular coordination and travel across multiple office locations in Navi Mumbai, Central Mumbai, and Western Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (70% – 80%)

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions
2. Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements across locations
3. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and networking
4. Manage and coordinate hiring through recruitment vendors and consultancy partners
5. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely closures
6. Negotiate commercials and monitor vendor performance
7. Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and closures
8. Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts
9. Ensure timely closures with quality hiring metrics
10. Build strong talent pipelines within the real estate industry
11. Manage recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports

HR Operations (20% – 30%)

1. Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
2. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
3. Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities
4. Support HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
5. Address employee queries and coordinate with management for HR initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 4+ years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment
2. Mandatory experience from the Real Estate industry
3. Experience in handling recruitment vendors and consultancy coordination
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
6. Comfortable traveling between office locations
7. Good understanding of HR operations and employee management
8. Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred

Qualification

1. MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
2. Any graduate with relevant experience can also apply
