🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle customer disputes related to invoices, payments, deductions, and credit notes.
2. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
3. Communicate with customers through calls and emails to gather dispute details and supporting documents.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective dispute resolution.
5. Negotiate with customers and stakeholders to reach mutually acceptable resolutions.
6. Monitor dispute ageing and ensure timely closure to reduce outstanding receivables.
7. Maintain accurate dispute records in ERP systems and tracking tools.
8. Prepare and maintain dispute status reports, ageing reports, and resolution updates.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
10. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance dispute resolution efficiency.

✅ Required Candidate Profile

1. Mandatory experience in OTC (Order-to-Cash) Dispute Resolution.
2. Relevant experience of 2–4 years for SPE and 4–6 years for SME.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
5. Willingness to work night shifts and from the Chennai office.
6. Immediate joiners only.
