JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Manager – Human Resources (HRBP & HR Operations) Function Human Resources Experience 10–14 years Location As per business requirement Reporting To Head HR / Business Head Employment Type Full-time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR business partnering and core HR operations, with strong exposure to employee lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, performance management, employee relations, engagement, onboarding, exits, HR systems and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and managers on workforce planning, people priorities and day-to-day HR matters. Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee queries, performance management, PIP coordination and exits. Drive employee engagement, rewards & recognition, grievance handling and employee experience initiatives. Support hiring coordination, offer management, onboarding and stakeholder communication across functions. Track attrition, employee trends and HR metrics; provide actionable reports and insights to management. Create, implement and improve HR SOPs, policies and process controls. Support HR audits, compliance documentation and data accuracy across HR systems. Coordinate learning, capability-building and process-transition initiatives. Work with HR systems and digital tools for reporting, employee data management and process efficiency. Required Profile 10+ years of progressive experience in HRBP, HR operations or employee lifecycle management. Strong experience in stakeholder management, employee relations, performance management and HR process execution. Hands-on exposure to onboarding, exits, attrition analysis, HR reporting and employee engagement. Experience working with HR platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, iCIMS or similar systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination and process-improvement skills. MBA/PG qualification in Human Resources or equivalent preferred. Preferred Background Candidates from large corporate, shared services, consulting, staffing or multi-business environments will be preferred.
