Business Analyst - B2 - Senior Analyst
Requirement – Position – 1 Senior Analyst Shift Timings - 12.00pm to 9.30pm. Location – Bangalore only. Experience Required: 4–6 years Need to strong on Communication skills. Key Skills – Deep understanding of Real Estate or Private Equity. Strong experience as a Business Analyst , review existing implementations, and recommend enhancements and improvements. Conduct data validation, UAT/PROD testing, reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of models, collaborate with stakeholders to validate that the system meets the business needs. Support the design, development, and enhancement of dashboards in Sigma. Candidate must be a Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance & IT.

Key Skills – Core Expertise Project management and stakeholder coordination for automation and analytics initiatives Business analysis and requirement documentation Process standardization and SOP development Process mapping and workflow design Automation using Power Automate and other low-code tools AI agents and Copilot-based solutions for workflow optimization Dashboarding with Sigma OR other Business Intelligence (BI) tools aligned with enterprise data platforms Technical Skills Power Automate and workflow automation tools AI agents and Copilot tools Sigma OR Power BI/Tableau Advanced Excel and basic/intermediate SQL Documentation: requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP creation Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
