Urgent Hiring: IT & Infrastructure Support Executive 📍 Location: Vashi Company Website:- https://vcnow.in/ Interview mode- Face to face ( 2 rounds) We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Support Engineer. who can independently manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, servers, IT systems, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity-related issues. The candidate should be capable of handling critical escalations, diagnosing complex technical problems, and supporting enterprise IT and collaboration environments. *Key Responsibilities* Infrastructure & Server Management • Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments • Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies • Monitor server health, uptime, and performance • Troubleshoot virtualization platforms like VMware / Hyper-V • Perform backup and disaster recovery operations Cloud Infrastructure • Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS / Azure / Google Cloud • Manage EC2/VM instances, storage, snapshots, firewall/security groups • Troubleshoot cloud connectivity and deployment issues • Knowledge of cloud networking and VPN configurations Networking • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, WiFi, routing, switching • Configure and diagnose firewall and internet connectivity issues • Understanding of SIP, VoIP, and video conferencing networks is preferred IT Hardware & End User Support • Diagnose desktop/laptop hardware issues • Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, docking stations, conferencing systems • Support Windows, macOS, and basic Linux systems • Handle L1/L2 escalations independently Cybersecurity • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices • Endpoint protection and antivirus management • Patch management and vulnerability awareness • Knowledge of MFA, access control, and security hardening • Ability to identify suspicious activity and perform initial investigation Monitoring & Documentation • Maintain technical documentation and SOPs • Use monitoring tools for infrastructure health • Prepare incident reports and RCA documentation *Required Skills* • Windows Server Administration • Basic Linux Administration • Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) • Networking Fundamentals • Hardware Troubleshooting • Microsoft 365 Administration • Firewall & VPN Basics • Remote Troubleshooting • VMware / Hyper-V • Cybersecurity Tools • SIP / VoIP / VC Infrastructure • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash) *Experience* • 3–6 Years experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Support • Experience handling enterprise clients and escalations
